Small teams, long hours, no room for disputes. A biometric attendance system (also called a fingerprint attendance machine or time attendance system) records who arrived, and when, with their own finger or face. For clinics and pharmacies, that means the owner sees who opened and who closed, and late opening is recorded.

07Frequently asked questions
Can I see attendance from my phone?
Many systems offer remote reports so owners can check from anywhere.
Is it worth it for five staff?
Yes. Small teams lose proportionally more when one person is late or absent, and a small terminal costs little.
Does it work without a computer?
Many terminals store punches and show reports on their own screen or a phone.
Can a terminal stop buddy punching?
Yes. A finger or face belongs to one person, so nobody can clock in for a friend the way they can with a card, a PIN or a paper register.
How long does installation take?
One terminal is usually a few hours: mount, power, network, enrol staff and test. Larger sites take longer.
Do you deliver outside Nairobi?
Yes. We deliver countrywide and survey Nairobi and the surrounding counties for free.
What is a time attendance system?
It is a terminal at the door plus software. Staff scan a finger, face or card, the terminal records who arrived and when, and the software totals hours, lateness and overtime for payroll.
