Bulk Solar Street Lights in Kenya: How to Get a Fair Project Price

By Qyvea Limited · Updated 20 October 2026 · 2 min read

Estates, schools, factories and county projects often need dozens of lights. Buying in bulk is different from buying one, and getting a fair project price means giving the supplier the right information.

What to send a supplier

A sketch or plan of the site, the number of poles, the areas to cover (roads, gates, parking, playground) and your timeline. The more detail you send, the more accurate the quote. If you only know the area, tell us and we will suggest the mix of 1000W, 2000W and 3000W lights.

What a good quote includes

Ready to light up your place?

Motion-sensor solar lights with the pole included. No wiring, no power bill. Pick your size:

How to compare offers

Do not compare only the per-light price. Compare runtime at night, battery, sensor type, what is included and who installs. A quote that is 20% lower but leaves out poles and delivery is not cheaper.

Phased orders

You do not have to buy everything at once. Each solar light is a complete unit, so you can order phase one now and add more as the project grows. We provide written quotes for procurement committees, boards and PTAs.

In short: Send your layout and quantities and ask for a written quote that includes poles, delivery and installation.
