Solar Street Light Price List in Kenya (2026): 1000W, 2000W and 3000W
If you are searching for a solar street light price in Kenya, you will find numbers from KES 2,000 to over KES 100,000. The difference is rarely just the brand. It is the size of the light, the battery, the sensor and what comes in the box. Here is a clear price list for the three sizes we sell.
The three sizes and their prices
At Qyvea the all-in-one motion-sensor solar street lights are KES 8,000 for the 1000W, KES 12,000 for the 2000W and KES 17,000 for the 3000W. Each comes with its own mounting pole and bracket, and the 1000W and 2000W also come with a remote control and batteries.
These are rated sizes. A bigger number means a larger LED array, a bigger solar panel and a bigger battery, so a wider and brighter light that can work through the night.

Which price is right for you
For a gate, small yard or shop front, the 1000W at KES 8,000 is usually enough. For a whole compound, estate road or farm yard, the 2000W at KES 12,000 is the best balance of brightness and price. For parking lots, school grounds and big open areas, the 3000W at KES 17,000 covers more ground with one pole.

How to compare prices from different sellers
Ask every seller the same four questions: is the panel built in, is the pole included, is there a motion sensor, and how long does the light run at night. A KES 3,000 light and a KES 12,000 light are not the same product, and a low price often means a small battery that dies before midnight.
