Pick the 3000W for big open areas such as parking lots, school grounds, yards and long roads. For a normal compound or gate, the 2000W (KES 12,000) is enough. For a small yard or a gate, the 1000W (KES 8,000) does the job.
The 3000W has its ON/OFF control on the unit, next to the radar sensor. The 2000W and 1000W also come with a remote control.
No. The solar panel is built into the light. It charges from the sun, switches on at dusk and needs no cables, tokens or electrician.
After dark the light glows at a low, battery-saving level. When the radar sensor detects a person or vehicle it jumps to full brightness, then settles back once the movement stops.
It is built to. Fix it where its panel gets open sun for most of the day, with no shade from trees or roofs. Several cloudy days in a row will shorten the runtime, as with any solar product.
They are the model ratings. A bigger number means a larger LED array, solar panel and battery, so a wider, brighter light. It is not electricity drawn from your home, because the light draws none.
The mounting pole and bracket are included. Cement, wall fixing and labour are not, unless you ask Qyvea to install. Tell us the site and we will quote installation separately.
