Qyvea Limited installs access control systems across Kenya, from single-door office installs to multi-door residential and industrial projects. Installation starts with a free site survey, a written scope, and an itemised quote — no surprise costs. Every door is tested end-to-end before handover, and administrators are trained on the software before we leave site.
Fingerprint, face, card or PIN readers mounted at the appropriate height for the site.
Electric strikes, maglocks, door closers, request-to-exit buttons and break-glass units.
Panel-mount or DIN-rail controllers, wired back to the door hardware.
Local power supplies with battery backup so doors fail as intended during outages.
Data and power cabling routed cleanly, in trunking or conduit where surface-mounted.
Controller configured, users enrolled, access rules loaded and reporting set up.
Every door or gate the client wants controlled is listed and measured.
Reader type, lock, controller, cabling and software per door.
Fitting, wiring, testing. Work scheduled around opening hours.
Admins trained. Documentation provided. Support contact handed over.
A single door with a reader and electric lock takes one day. A multi-door office installation takes 2 to 5 days. Larger sites with gates and turnstiles take longer. Qyvea provides a schedule during the site survey.
Yes. Most access control installations are retrofitted to existing doors. We modify the door only where needed — to fit an electric strike, a maglock or a door closer.
Yes. Work is scheduled outside business hours or during quiet periods. Doors are only offline for the shortest time possible and are tested before handover.
Cost depends on the number of doors, reader type, cabling distances and whether new locks or controllers are needed. Qyvea provides a free site survey and itemised quote before work begins.
Yes. Administrators are trained on adding users, assigning access levels, pulling reports and handling day-to-day changes. Documentation is provided at handover.
A face recognition terminal, with a fingerprint sensor as a second option, mounted beside an office door. Authorised staff are recognised and the door releases.
Free site survey, door-by-door plan and itemised quote. Work scheduled around your hours.
