Choosing a metal detector
- Zones: more zones pinpoint the item faster and reduce full pat-downs.
- Sensitivity settings: adjustable levels let you ignore small items like keys and coins while still catching larger objects.
- Placement: keep the arch away from large metal doors, escalators and heavy electrical equipment, which cause false alarms.
- Throughput: plan one arch and one guard with a hand-held detector per busy entrance.

We deliver, assemble and calibrate the detector on site and show your guards how to adjust sensitivity.
