High-value stock and continuous operations mean faults need diagnosing quickly, ideally without stopping loading and dispatch. Qyvea services, diagnoses and repairs networking systems for warehouses & logistics, including systems installed by another company.
Switches, cabling and Wi-Fi — kept reliable for every connected system.
Most CCTV, access control and biometric faults that look like a 'camera problem' or a 'door problem' are actually a network problem underneath. A degrading switch, a loose patch cable, or an IP conflict can silently affect several systems at once until someone checks the network itself.
Network servicing typically covers:
If your networking system was installed by another provider, we assess it on its own merits and tell you plainly what we can do.
The faults we're most often called to handle in warehouses & logistics.
Faults affecting CCTV, access control or other networked devices site-wide.
Failed or overloaded network hardware.
Poor coverage, dropped connections, or configuration problems.
Devices assigned clashing addresses, disrupting connectivity.
Damaged, incorrectly terminated, or degraded structured cabling.
Slow or unreliable connections affecting daily operations.
Scoped to your specific site — this is the range of what a technician may inspect.
Depending on the situation at your warehouse.
For problems affecting the networking system right now.
For sites that want a scheduled check to catch issues early.
For sites that need guaranteed coverage and priority response.
Properties change hands, contractors move on, and the original installer of your networking system may no longer be around. None of that means the system is beyond help.
We assess the existing equipment and configuration, then tell you plainly whether it can be:
We can't promise every third-party system is repairable sight unseen — some equipment is genuinely past its useful life — but we assess before we conclude that.
What's happening, and what should be reviewed.
Inspecting the relevant areas of your warehouse.
Equipment, wiring, power and configuration.
Written findings — repair, upgrade or replace.
Scheduled at a time that suits your operations.
Report and documentation for your records.
Restore the existing switch, router or cabling where practical — most network faults are configuration or connection issues.
Replace the specific switch, router or cable run that has failed or is undersized, while keeping the usable infrastructure.
Recommended where network hardware is obsolete, unsupported, or genuinely inadequate for current device load.
Most warehouse sites benefit from servicing every 6 to 12 months, depending on usage and exposure to the elements.
In most cases yes — we assess the equipment and its condition first, then confirm what can be serviced or repaired.
Yes. Maintenance contracts are scoped to the number of devices, sites, and required response times — contact us to discuss what a contract would cover.
We tell you plainly and quote for the specific replacement needed, rather than repeated repair attempts on something that genuinely needs replacing.
Yes — every scheduled service visit includes a written record of what was checked, found, and recommended.
Often yes — coverage issues can sometimes be resolved with access point placement or configuration changes rather than a full rewire. We assess this on-site.
Tell us about your warehouse and the issue. We'll help figure out the right next step — repair, upgrade or a maintenance arrangement.
