Panels, detectors and sounders — tested to matter when it counts.
A fire alarm system that hasn't been tested is an unknown quantity — you find out whether it actually works at the worst possible moment. Regular servicing tests every detector, sounder and zone while there's no emergency, so faults are caught and fixed in advance.
Fire alarm servicing typically covers:

The faults we're most often called to handle in offices.
Control-panel errors, zone faults, or system lockouts.
Smoke or heat detectors giving false readings or no readings.
Sounders/bells not triggering correctly during a test or alarm.
Backup battery no longer holding charge for standby operation.
Dust, humidity, or ageing detectors triggering unnecessary alarms.
Physically damaged or contaminated detector heads needing replacement.
