Does this include the software, or just the device?

Both -- the solution includes the biometric device, the attendance software licence, setup of your shift/overtime rules, and initial staff enrollment.

Can it export directly into our payroll system?

It exports hours, overtime and absence as CSV/Excel for import into any payroll system. Where your specific payroll software supports direct integration, we can configure that during setup.

What happens when a new employee joins or someone leaves?

New staff are enrolled directly on the device; departing staff are removed from the system so their credentials no longer work.

Is this suitable for multiple branches?

Yes -- multiple devices across locations can report into the same attendance software for centralized reporting.
