How is it delivered?
Our offices are in Westlands, Nairobi, but Qyvea is a delivery-based supplier with no walk-in pickup. Orders are dispatched once payment is confirmed, to your home, office or site anywhere in Kenya, and delivery is free in Nairobi on orders over KES 5,000.
Is it genuine and under warranty?
We supply genuine stock with the manufacturer's warranty. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days, and damaged or wrong items are replaced free.
Can you install it for me?
Yes. Our technicians can install this product at your premises. Installation is quoted by site.
