Open Control Panel > Programs > Turn Windows features on or off. 2. Tick .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.x entries. 3. Let Windows download files if asked. 4. Restart. ## Reinstall the software Uninstall any broken copy, restart, then run Setup.exe as administrator.
