Real products, live prices, in stock now ## Key takeaways - POS terminal - Barcode scanner - Receipt printer - Label printer ## What is in the bundle A good bundle means the owner buys one thing, not twelve. This is the list we use for veterinary clinics and pet shops. | Item | Why a vet clinic needs it | | --- | --- | | POS terminal | Consultations, products and accounts | | Barcode scanner | Drugs and feed | | Receipt printer | Itemised receipts | | Label printer | Drug labels with dosage | | Price-computing scale | Feed by weight | | UPS | Protects records | ## Sizes to quote | Size | What to put in the quote | | --- | --- | | Single-vet clinic | Terminal, scanner, printer, drawer | | Clinic with shop | Add scale and label printer | | Multi-branch | Shared records | ## How we install it 1. **Visit and measure**: We look at the reception, the dispensary and the shop and plan where stock and sales are recorded. 2. **Choose the size**: Pick the small, medium or large bundle that matches the site, and add extras only where they earn their place. 3. **Cable, power and fit**: Equipment placed, cable run, UPS fitted so the POS survives a power cut. 4. **Set up and test**: Products, prices or ticket lines entered, then a full test with a real customer and a real receipt or ticket. 5. **Train and hand over**: The owner and staff run it themselves before we leave, and keep a one-page cheat sheet. ## Day-one checklist - Services and drugs entered - Batch and expiry set - Label print tested - Client accounts created - Owner sees the daily report ## Extras worth offering Offer these after the main bundle is agreed. Each one solves a problem the owner already has. - Pagers for waiting clients - Feedback buttons - Handheld scanner for stock - CCTV for the dispensary ## Available now at Qyvea These are real products from the Qyvea store with live prices.
