## One Contract, Every System on Site

Rather than separate arrangements for each system, most clients prefer one maintenance contract covering everything installed on their property — scoped to the actual devices, locations and visit frequency they need, not a generic fixed package.

FAQ

## Common Questions

Do you publish fixed prices for maintenance contracts?

No — the right scope depends on your number of devices, locations and visit frequency. We provide a written, itemised quote after assessing your site.

Can one contract cover multiple systems at once?

Yes — most clients combine CCTV, access control, electric fence, gates and fire alarm under a single arrangement.

Can a contract include systems installed by another company?

In most cases yes — we assess each system first to confirm what can be included.

What happens if something breaks between scheduled visits?

You can still request a one-off repair visit outside the scheduled maintenance — the contract doesn't replace that option.

## Still Need This Sorted?

Send us the details and we'll diagnose it properly -- remotely where we can, with a site visit where we can't.
