This is the list we use for restaurants. | Item | Why a restaurant needs it | | --- | --- | | Touch POS terminal | Takes orders and bills quickly | | Kitchen printer | Orders print where the cooks work | | Receipt printer | Clear bills for guests | | Cash drawer | Safe cash handling and quick closing | | Handheld or tablet | Waiters order at the table | | Pagers or table call buttons | Guests and staff call each other quietly | ## Sizes to quote | Size | What to put in the quote | | --- | --- | | Small cafe or eatery | Terminal, receipt printer, kitchen printer, drawer | | Full restaurant | Add handheld orders and a second printer | | Large or multi-room | Per-station printers, pagers and a back office | ## How we install it 1. **Visit and measure**: We walk from the door to the kitchen, decide where orders are taken and where they print, and mark power and network points. 2. **Choose the size**: Pick the small, medium or large bundle that matches the site, and add extras only where they earn their place. 3. **Cable, power and fit**: Equipment placed, cable run, UPS fitted so the POS survives a power cut. 4. **Set up and test**: Products, prices or ticket lines entered, then a full test with a real customer and a real receipt or ticket. 5. **Train and hand over**: The owner and staff run it themselves before we leave, and keep a one-page cheat sheet. ## Day-one checklist - Menu and prices loaded - Kitchen printer prints a test order - Each waiter has a login - Bill prints with the restaurant name - Owner has a closing report ## Extras worth offering Offer these after the main bundle is agreed. Each one solves a problem the owner already has. - Table call buttons or pagers - Self-service kiosk for the counter - Second kitchen printer for the bar - Customer feedback buttons ## Available now at Qyvea These are real products from the Qyvea store with live prices.
