Quick answer A POS system has five cost parts: hardware (terminal, printer, scanner, cash drawer), software (a licence or subscription), installation and network, product data loading and training, and ongoing support. Our store prices are live and updated; hardware currently runs from about KES 2,520 for small accessories to about KES 48,000 for full touchscreen terminals.
