How much does a slow, dropping network cost your team every single day? Read on: it takes a few minutes and could save you a lot more than that. **In this guide you will see:** - Two radios create a wireless cable between buildings. - Line of sight is the key requirement. - Range and speed depend on the equipment. Quick answer A point-to-point wireless link uses a pair of directional radios, one on each building, to carry a network connection between them. It needs line of sight and careful alignment, and delivers stable speeds over short to long distances depending on equipment. It is used to link buildings, remote gates, parking areas and distant CCTV cameras.
