This is the list we use for petrol station shops. | Item | Why a station shop needs it | | --- | --- | | POS terminal | Fast sales with shift logins | | Barcode scanner | Quick scanning of snacks and drinks | | Receipt printer | Clear receipts | | Cash drawer | Lockable and linked to the sales | | Customer display | Shows the total | | UPS | Keeps the till working through power cuts | ## Sizes to quote | Size | What to put in the quote | | --- | --- | | One-counter shop | Terminal, scanner, printer, drawer | | Busy station | Second counter, customer display | | Multi-station group | Shared reports | ## How we install it 1. **Visit and measure**: We look at the counter, the safe and the back office and plan where the till and drawer sit relative to the cameras. 2. **Choose the size**: Pick the small, medium or large bundle that matches the site, and add extras only where they earn their place. 3. **Cable, power and fit**: Equipment placed, cable run, UPS fitted so the POS survives a power cut. 4. **Set up and test**: Products, prices or ticket lines entered, then a full test with a real customer and a real receipt or ticket. 5. **Train and hand over**: The owner and staff run it themselves before we leave, and keep a one-page cheat sheet. ## Day-one checklist - Top 150 items entered - Shift logins created - Cash-up report tested - Receipts show station name - Owner sees the shift report ## Extras worth offering Offer these after the main bundle is agreed. Each one solves a problem the owner already has. - CCTV over the counter - Drop safe for cash - Price checker - Customer feedback button ## Available now at Qyvea These are real products from the Qyvea store with live prices.
