Trade accounts are for people who buy to install or resell, such as installers, electricians and shops. A registered business is preferred, but a sole trader with a track record of installations can also apply. Tell us about your work and we will confirm. How low are trade and bulk prices? They are quoted per order and per product line, and they improve with volume and repeat purchases. We do not publish a fixed discount because margins differ by category. Send your list and you will have a written quote. Can you really deliver to my client's site? Yes. Qyvea is a delivery-based supplier. Orders are dispatched once payment is confirmed to any site in Kenya, and delivery is free in Nairobi on orders over KES 5,000. How does a distributor account work? You tell us your town, the categories you want and your volume. We recommend a starter range, agree volume prices, deliver a first order and replenish on a schedule. What payment terms do bulk and trade accounts get? Payment terms are agreed per account and depend on order size and history. Standard payment is by M-Pesa, bank transfer or card. What does a maintenance plan include?
