It depends on the number of sites, systems and devices, and how often we visit. We quote after a free site assessment, so you pay for what you actually have. Do you maintain systems installed by other companies? Yes. We start with an audit, list what works and what doesn't, then maintain it to one standard. What happens if something breaks between visits? Contract clients get priority booking, with response times agreed in writing. Repairs covered by the contract are done without call-out fees. Do you work outside Nairobi? Yes. We serve sites across Kenya on scheduled routes.
