This is the list we use for hotels and lodges. | Item | Why a hotel needs it | | --- | --- | | POS terminals per outlet | Bar, restaurant and shop each have their own | | Kitchen and bar printers | Orders print where they are made | | Receipt printers | Bills and receipts | | Cash drawers | Cash at each outlet | | Handheld order devices | Waiters order at the table | | UPS and network switch | Keeps all outlets connected | ## Sizes to quote | Size | What to put in the quote | | --- | --- | | Small lodge | One terminal at reception and one at the bar | | Mid-size hotel | Add restaurant and kitchen printer | | Large property | Per-outlet sets, server and reports | ## How we install it 1. **Visit and measure**: We walk reception, bar, restaurant and kitchen and plan cable routes and a network between them. 2. **Choose the size**: Pick the small, medium or large bundle that matches the site, and add extras only where they earn their place. 3. **Cable, power and fit**: Equipment placed, cable run, UPS fitted so the POS survives a power cut. 4. **Set up and test**: Products, prices or ticket lines entered, then a full test with a real customer and a real receipt or ticket. 5. **Train and hand over**: The owner and staff run it themselves before we leave, and keep a one-page cheat sheet. ## Day-one checklist - Outlets and menus loaded - Room posting tested - Waiters have logins - Kitchen and bar printers tested - Owner reads the combined report ## Extras worth offering Offer these after the main bundle is agreed. Each one solves a problem the owner already has. - Table call buttons - Pagers for the poolside - Digital menu boards - Guest feedback buttons ## Available now at Qyvea These are real products from the Qyvea store with live prices.
