A camera that records nothing useful is the most expensive thing on your wall. Read on: it takes a few minutes and could save you a lot more than that. **In this guide you will see:** - Motion detection alerts on any pixel change; AcuSense filters for humans and vehicles. - Works with line crossing and intrusion zones to create meaningful alerts. - Fewer false alarms means guards and owners actually respond to the ones they get. Quick answer Basic motion detection triggers on anything that changes in the image: leaves, rain, shadows, cats. AcuSense is Hikvision's technology that classifies what's moving and alerts only on people and vehicles, so alarms and phone notifications become useful again. [Photo: Alan J.
