Read on: it takes a few minutes and could save you a lot more than that. **In this guide you will see:** - Staff know what to expect - Two fingers or a face each - Confirm each person works Quick answer A morning of scanning, then a lifetime of records. A time attendance terminal records each person with their own finger or face. About a minute per person. Can we enrol later? Yes. New staff are added at any time. What is a time attendance system? It is a terminal at the door plus software. Staff scan a finger, face or card, the terminal records who arrived and when, and the software totals hours, lateness and overtime for payroll. Can a terminal stop buddy punching? Yes. A finger or face belongs to one person, so nobody can clock in for a friend the way they can with a card, a PIN or a paper register. ## Why customers choose Qyvea **Genuine brands**: Manufacturer warranty on what we sell, so you are not gambling on the box. **One team, start to finish**: The people who advise you also install and support it. **Fast answers**: WhatsApp replies usually within 30 minutes, and delivery within 24 hours in Nairobi. **Easy to buy**: Pay by M-Pesa, bank transfer or card.
