Who is watching your property when you are not? Read on: it takes a few minutes and could save you a lot more than that. **In this guide you will see:** - Lead car watches ahead; follow car covers behind. - Everyone stays in constant contact. - Spacing matters: close enough to help, not to crash. Quick answer A security convoy uses more than one vehicle, usually a lead car, the client vehicle and a follow car. The lead car watches the road ahead, the follow car watches behind, and radios or phones keep everyone in contact. Spacing, speed and a plan for blockages are agreed before the trip starts.
