## Recorder, Drive or Network — We Isolate Which

A recorder problem can come from the unit itself, a failing hard drive, or a network/configuration issue that has nothing to do with the hardware. We check all three before recommending a fix or replacement.

FAQ

## Common Questions

Can you repair a DVR/NVR installed by another company?

In most cases yes — we assess the unit and its configuration before confirming what can be done.

Can the hard drive be replaced without losing the whole recorder?

Yes, in most cases the drive can be replaced separately if the recorder itself is otherwise sound.

What if the recorder is genuinely too old to repair?

We'll tell you and quote for a suitable replacement rather than repeated repair attempts.

Do you support cloud/app viewing setup as part of a repair?

Yes — remote/app access configuration is checked and corrected as part of the diagnosis where relevant.

## Still Need This Sorted?

Send us the details and we'll diagnose it properly -- remotely where we can, with a site visit where we can't.
