Silence is exactly what a burglar is counting on. Read on: it takes a few minutes and could save you a lot more than that. **In this guide you will see:** - App alerts tell you instantly, wherever you are. - GSM or 4G keeps the alarm connected when Wi-Fi fails. - You can arm and disarm from your phone. Quick answer A phone-connected burglar alarm sends a push notification when a sensor triggers and lets you arm, disarm and check status from an app. Wi-Fi works while your router is up; a GSM or 4G module keeps alerts and control working when Wi-Fi or power fails, by SMS, call or app. For homes in Kenya, an alarm with both Wi-Fi and GSM is the safest choice.
