## Hardware Fault or Software Sync Issue?

A biometric system that 'isn't working' can mean the fingerprint sensor has failed, the device has lost network connection, or the attendance software simply isn't syncing with the terminal. We check each before recommending a fix.

FAQ

## Common Questions

Can you repair biometric systems installed by another provider?

In most cases yes — we assess the terminal and its condition before confirming what can be done.

Do you support Hikvision biometric terminals?

Yes — our team is Hikvision Spark Program certified and trained directly on their access control hardware.

Can you fix attendance software sync issues, not just the hardware?

Yes, we check connectivity and software configuration as part of the diagnosis, not just the physical terminal.

What if the fingerprint sensor itself has failed?

We'll tell you and quote for the specific replacement part or terminal needed rather than a blanket system swap.

## Still Need This Sorted?

Send us the details and we'll diagnose it properly -- remotely where we can, with a site visit where we can't.
