Are you paying for hours nobody worked? Read on: it takes a few minutes and could save you a lot more than that. **In this guide you will see:** - Proof of attendance for each post - Clients see reliable reports - Supervisors spot gaps quickly Quick answer Prove your guards were on post, to your clients. A biometric attendance system (also called a fingerprint attendance machine or time attendance system) records who arrived, and when, with their own finger or face. For security companies, that means proof of attendance for each post, and clients see reliable reports. Yes. Terminals with battery and mobile data can report from remote posts. Does Qyvea provide guards? No. Qyvea supplies and installs attendance terminals and trains your team. Guard services are provided by your own company. Can clients see the reports? Reports can be exported and shared as you choose. What is a time attendance system? It is a terminal at the door plus software. Staff scan a finger, face or card, the terminal records who arrived and when, and the software totals hours, lateness and overtime for payroll. Can a terminal stop buddy punching? Yes. A finger or face belongs to one person, so nobody can clock in for a friend the way they can with a card, a PIN or a paper register. How long does installation take? One terminal is usually a few hours: mount, power, network, enrol staff and test. Larger sites take longer. Do you deliver outside Nairobi? Yes. We deliver countrywide and survey Nairobi and the surrounding counties for free. ## Why customers choose Qyvea **Genuine brands**: Manufacturer warranty on what we sell, so you are not gambling on the box. **One team, start to finish**: The people who advise you also install and support it. **Fast answers**: WhatsApp replies usually within 30 minutes, and delivery within 24 hours in Nairobi. **Easy to buy**: Pay by M-Pesa, bank transfer or card.
