Be ready. Are you paying for hours nobody worked? Read on: it takes a few minutes and could save you a lot more than that. **In this guide you will see:** - Records ready for donor audits - Hours by project or office - One system for every field office Quick answer Donors ask for records. Be ready. A biometric attendance system (also called a fingerprint attendance machine or time attendance system) records who arrived, and when, with their own finger or face. For NGOs and project offices, that means records ready for donor audits, and hours by project or office. Reports show hours by person; project allocation is done in your payroll or finance system. Can it work in field offices with weak internet? Terminals store punches and sync when a connection is available. Can it export for donor reports? Yes. Reports export to spreadsheet. How long does installation take? One terminal is usually a few hours: mount, power, network, enrol staff and test. Larger sites take longer. Do you deliver outside Nairobi? Yes. We deliver countrywide and survey Nairobi and the surrounding counties for free. What is a time attendance system? It is a terminal at the door plus software. Staff scan a finger, face or card, the terminal records who arrived and when, and the software totals hours, lateness and overtime for payroll. Can a terminal stop buddy punching? Yes. A finger or face belongs to one person, so nobody can clock in for a friend the way they can with a card, a PIN or a paper register. ## Why customers choose Qyvea **Genuine brands**: Manufacturer warranty on what we sell, so you are not gambling on the box. **One team, start to finish**: The people who advise you also install and support it. **Fast answers**: WhatsApp replies usually within 30 minutes, and delivery within 24 hours in Nairobi. **Easy to buy**: Pay by M-Pesa, bank transfer or card.
