Month end should not be an argument. Read on: it takes a few minutes and could save you a lot more than that. **In this guide you will see:** - Office hours recorded - Flexible patterns supported - Clear records for HR Quick answer Billable hours begin with arrival hours. A biometric attendance system (also called a fingerprint attendance machine or time attendance system) records who arrived, and when, with their own finger or face. For law and accounting firms, that means office hours recorded, and flexible patterns supported. Yes. Shift rules can be flexible. Does it cover remote days? Mobile options exist for remote check-ins. Can it export to payroll? Yes. Can a terminal stop buddy punching? Yes. A finger or face belongs to one person, so nobody can clock in for a friend the way they can with a card, a PIN or a paper register. How long does installation take? One terminal is usually a few hours: mount, power, network, enrol staff and test. Larger sites take longer. Do you deliver outside Nairobi? Yes. We deliver countrywide and survey Nairobi and the surrounding counties for free. What is a time attendance system? It is a terminal at the door plus software. Staff scan a finger, face or card, the terminal records who arrived and when, and the software totals hours, lateness and overtime for payroll. ## Why customers choose Qyvea **Genuine brands**: Manufacturer warranty on what we sell, so you are not gambling on the box. **One team, start to finish**: The people who advise you also install and support it. **Fast answers**: WhatsApp replies usually within 30 minutes, and delivery within 24 hours in Nairobi. **Easy to buy**: Pay by M-Pesa, bank transfer or card.
