FAQ ## Common questions Do biometric attendance machines work without internet? Yes -- most terminals record attendance locally regardless of internet, and sync to software when a connection is available (or via USB/cable where offline entirely). Can one terminal serve multiple entry points? A single terminal covers wherever it's mounted; multiple entrances usually need one terminal per point, all reporting into the same software. What happens if a fingerprint won't scan? Most terminals support a backup method (PIN or card) precisely for cases where a fingerprint is temporarily hard to read. Can Qyvea set up the software and reports for us? Yes -- we can install, configure and integrate the terminal with your attendance or payroll workflow. ## Not Sure Which One You Need?
